1 lb. brussel sprouts, quartered
2 T. olive oil
kosher salt/fresh ground pepper
4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On a rimmed baking sheet toss brussel sprouts, olive oil, and salt/pepper to taste.
Roast for 25-30 minutes until lightly charred.
