Carlton Landing is located 20 miles south of Interstate 40, east of Oklahoma City, west of Fort Smith Arkansas along HWY 69, south of Tulsa and north of the Dallas metro area. This location and proximity to major highways attracts vacationers from Arkansas, Northern Texas, Central and Eastern Oklahoma.
29 Water St.Head east on I-40 for 114 miles, then head south on Highway 69 for about 18 miles. From there, take the exit toward OK-9A E and continue for 2.9 miles. Make a right onto Carlton Landing Drive and continue for 2.8 miles until you arrive at the Town Center Neighborhood.
Take the Broken Arrow Expressway (Highway 64/51), then the Muskogee Turnpike southeast for about 43 miles. From there, take highway 69 south for about 49 miles and take the exit toward OK-9A E and continue for 2.9 miles. Make a right onto Carlton Landing Drive and continue for 2.8 miles until you arrive at the Town Center Neighborhood.
Take Highway 75 (which turns into Highway 69) north 188 miles. From there, continue on Highway 69 North. Turn right on Highway 9A for 2.9 miles. Make a right onto Carlton Landing Drive and continue for 2.8 miles until you arrive at the Town Center Neighborhood.
