GATHERING & OPEN SPACES

Celebration Lawn

Celebration Lawn, right across from Lakefront Pavilion, is the perfect spot for weddings, community events, or just enjoying the day. Framed by four white brick outbuildings, it’s also a favorite hangout for kids playing soccer or tag.

Cottage Court

This park is located across the street from Firefly Park and features a center fire pit and Adirondack chairs for community gatherings or roasting marshmallows.

Festival Lawn

Festival Lawn is the go-to spot in Carlton Landing for weekly movie nights, bouncy inflatables, a wine and beer shack, sand volleyball, and visiting food trucks. You’ll find it right behind Mama Tigs Wood-Fired Pizza!

Firefly Park

Surrounded by cottage lots, Firefly Park is a tree-lined open space that can accommodate a large gathering, pick-up football game, or just tossing around a Frisbee with friends. In the event of a medical emergency, the park also serves as a helicopter landing site.

Lincoln Square

Lincoln Square is the second-largest green space in Carlton Landing, making it perfect for a game of baseball or whiffleball. After a summer rain, kids love splashing in the water channels.

Overlook Park

One of the most iconic views in all of Carlton Landing, it’s hard to miss Overlook Park on the drive into town. This park is known for beautiful sunrises, outdoor fitness classes and breathtaking, intimate wedding ceremonies.

Pavilion Park

Pavilion Park acts as the Carlton Landing welcome mat. Situated at the north end of the park, a beautiful pavilion serves as a stage for concerts and social functions, as well as a forum for guest speakers. The park is designed to accommodate a variety of events, from festive neighborhood barbecues to memorable wedding receptions.

Pistache Park

At the end of a long walkway adorned with twinkling string lights, near Lower Greenway Park, you will find this serene retreat. Pistache Park is also lovingly called “Hidden Park” by locals due to its secluded nature. This park has a slide and balance beam for children and also provides access to two hammocks for a moment of relaxation.

Redbud Park

This “U-shaped” park is surrounded by beautiful homes and mature trees. This park is a favorite place to hang a hammock to relax or take your family out for a picnic.
