Carlton Landing was always a big idea. From the start, the founders envisioned a walkable series of neighborhoods with more than 2,000 homes, a town center complete with shops and restaurants, a neighborhood academy where students can safely walk to school, a destination wedding chapel, and an assortment of gardens, parks, pools, farms, and amenities to serve guests and residents.

The Carlton Landing Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and sustaining the rich culture you’ll find here, from annual events that have become cherished traditions, to monthly gatherings and activities that bring us together throughout the year and remind us what’s so special about this little piece of the world.
