Strong Moms Fitness: Stroller Strong Class & Core Strengthening

We are excited to offer new free fitness classes in Carlton Landing! Whitney Ellsworth, DPT is building a home in the Crossings neighborhood and hopes to offer more regular classes when her home is finished. She will be offering pop-up classes over the holiday weekend! Whitney is a pelvic floor physical therapist with 15 years of experience helping women return to the active lifestyle they desire after a baby without limitations. She will be teaching a stroller fitness class Saturday at 8 am and a core strengthening fitness class Sunday at 8 am.

– Stroller strong – Barre class but using your stroller and keeping it fun for your kid!

-Core Strong- Pelvic floor and core focused strength class!

 

Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel and Whitney will provide the rest!
