This Mother’s Day we are treating moms to a free yoga session. Just head to the Lakefront Pavilion at 9 am for a session with Kristi Posey.
Kristi Posey began her yoga practice as a means of pure exercise. As a dance teacher, yoga was a way to connect to her physical body. Within a short amount of time, yoga transformed into much more than a means of breaking a sweat. It infiltrated her life, and she strives to live her yoga practice both on and off the mat, through her daily interactions. A native Tulsan, she loves sharing her love of yoga with her community. Her classes are dynamic and challenging vinyasa-based flows, although modifiable to all levels. She teaches at Salt Yoga Tulsa, Lifetime Fitness, and is available for private instruction.
Kristi Posey is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
